Not everything we think is true. Our thoughts affect our emotions. And our thoughts and emotions affect how we react to the things we experience in life. In other words, our thoughts and feelings affect our behaviour.

As a Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach I help clients overcome obstacles by applying principles of cognitive behavioral therapy in their everyday lives both personally and professionally. I guide clients through a deep personal journey of self reflection, improvement and growth - mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I teach them how to identify and challenge their negative thought patterns and behaviours and to adopt positive changes in their mindset and behaviour, promoting their personal development and overall well being.

My one-on-one coaching classes help you figure out why you do the things that you do and to develop a better understanding of yourself, and the way you think and behave. How we interpret our experiences is very important because those interpretations affect our feelings and our behaviour.
