Welcome! My name is Edith.
I am a certified CBT Practitioner, (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy - iGCBT™) and Life Coach.

We often confuse our perceptions with reality and as a result, we limit our growth and success.
Everything begins in our mind. We often react on ANTs (automatic negative thoughts).
Not everything we think is true. Our thoughts affect our emotions. And our thoughts and emotions affect how we react to the things we experience in life. In other words, our thoughts and feelings affect our behaviour.
